Last updated: [Date — update before launch]  ·  DAWrs by Aluco Works

This is a working draft. Review with qualified legal advice before public launch. Terms should reflect your actual service, infrastructure, and jurisdiction.

Ownership

DAWrs and its website, branding, software, source code, design, text, and original content are owned by Aluco Works unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved.

The DAWrs name, logotype, and brand identity are proprietary to Aluco Works. Unauthorised use of the brand is prohibited.

The underlying software — including the session parsing, format conversion, and rebuild logic — is the proprietary intellectual property of Aluco Works. It may not be copied, reproduced, decompiled, or reverse engineered without express written permission.

Permitted use

You may use the DAWrs website and service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Access to the service is granted for personal or professional use of the conversion workflow as described.

Restrictions

You may not:

User uploads

You retain full ownership of the session and project files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to upload and process that material, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Aluco Works does not claim any ownership over uploaded files or output files. Uploaded materials are processed solely to deliver the conversion service.

Intellectual property of outputs

Output files produced by DAWrs are derived from your uploaded session files. Ownership of the session content remains with you. DAWrs makes no claim to the musical or creative content within processed sessions.

Service disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal format compatibility, or a perfect output in every workflow. Results may vary depending on session complexity, source format, and target DAW.

DAWrs is not responsible for data loss arising from use of the service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of session and project files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aluco Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the website. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
